1 hour test

I failed the one hour test today. I go back for the official results on Tuesday but my lab work online shows it was 252. I expected it because my fasting glucose levels have been running around 130. I had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy but that was 15 years ago so there’s a lot I don’t remember. I was able to control it with diet but I don’t remember having high fasting levels. Do you think they will make me do the 3 hour test or just start medication? Or see if I can control it with diet?
