How to wash owlet smart sock?

Does anyone else use the owlet smart sock? I've combed through all of the materials that came with and saw nothing about washing instructions and our sock is starting to get really smelly. Anyone know the secret?

We’ve gotten poop on it a few times so I just put straight dawn on it and scrub it with a washcloth till it’s almost gone, then on a gentle cycle.

I just take the sensor out and soak sock part in warm water with baby detergent in the sink and then rinse it out and let it dry! I’ve gotten poop on it before and came right out!

Personally I just take the little sensor out and throw in with other baby stuff on delicate.
