Trouble peeing 18 weeks pregnant?

Feels like I have a full bladder but every time I use the bathroom a little comes out then I'm not feeling satisfied cause it still feels like a full bladder ? My next doctor appointment ain't until May 14 should I go to emergency room or wait it out .? No pain just feel like need to pee maybe uti ? No burning

Try leaning forward. Different leans should help

That’s not something you go to the emergency room for. I experienced the same thing and was told it’s normal because of the pressure the baby/uterus is putting on the bladder. If you are concerned call your OB and if they are concerned they will have you come in but it’s not an emergency room thing.

Could be uti... up your water intake and drink some unsweetened cranberry juice. But also when I got so far along in my pregnancies, I would get the feeling you're describing. If I learned forward while peeing, it took some pressure off and I could empty my bladder. Try that!

I have the same thing. It's just the baby on your bladder. Baby's pushing against it making you feel like you have to pee when you actually don't. I'm 37 weeks and have had that since about 16. Unless your Dr tells you you have a UTI or something I wouldn't be concerned

Do you by chance know if you have a retroverted “tipped” uterus?  If so, there is a rare complication called an incarcerated uterus. See article above. Difficulty urinating and urinary retention are the symptoms. This IS a medical emergency if so. You can get very ill if you can not empty your bladder - infection, sepsis, bladder perforation/ rupture, death. If you truly can not empty your bladder please go to the ER. Your ob physician should be notified as well. 
Also, less severely you may have a urinary tract infection. These are easy to get in pregnancy but need to be treated ASAP as they can more easily cause sepsis in you (immune system down, generally always some amount of urinary retention in pregnant females which can cause infection) can cause fetal demise if infection bad, or neonatal sepsis or death if not cared for properly before delivery.
