Trying to be optimistic

I had hcg draw I'm 4 weeks 2 days today.

5/1: 145

5/3: 222

Will I lose the baby? It's only a 53% increase and I'm trying not to freak out but I'm so scared. Has anyone else had healthy pregnancies with a slower raise in hcg?
