Sickness in second trimester?!?

I kid you not — so far my second trimester has been far worse than my first. First trimester I was mostly just horribly nauseous. 
Now I am vomiting more times than not. At random I’ll have diarrhea with horrible stomach pains. What the hell is going on 😫😫😫

This happened to me. Found out at 28 weeks that I have 2 giant gallstones that are likely causing it.

Hormones at work.  I am still getting sick in my 3rd trimester at 35 weeks.
I haven't been overly sick, but I don't go a week without two days of being sick.. It's not fun but it'll be worth it in the end :)

Some never get over it :( that’s how I am with this pregnancy, which is my third. My first two I felt great in the second trimester, with this one it’s when I threw up the most and felt the absolute worst 🥵
