IMPLANTATION BLEEDING

Who has experienced implantation bleeding? My period is due Sunday. Yesterday around 3 I experienced some spotting. Mostly brown when I wiped with a tinge of red. That lasted maybe about 30 minutes. Along with lower back pain. It was my first round of clomid. I’ve set an appointment to start round two on Monday but now I’m having milky discharge. What does this mean? Did I even ovulate? Could this be implantation bleeding? I’ve literally never experienced this before. Normally when I start my period it all comes down at once.
