Pregnant best friend

So my best friend is pregnant again after only 8 months of having one. Promised her I’d be with her through this whole pregnancy to. But today it got bad no stop throwing up the crying can’t hold nothing down. 😭😭😭 I hated seeing her like that so I took it upon myself. And went and bought her that pregnancy sea band for nausea and not even an hour after she put it on no more puking she can finally lay down and rest she’s much calmer. I don’t know how ima do this all over again with her I hate seein her like this. And plus I’m trying to conceive at the same time to have one and I gotta watch her go through this. 😭
