New mom HELP!

So i feel like i dont ever remember the last time i showered i dont exactly get ALOT of help from dad but he will help if i ask which i feel guilty for asking because he works and i dont so currently when i shower my hair falls out in like small chunks and i have like scabs all over my head! Not sure why! I dont have lice checked for it. But like why would my hair fall out. I have had tiny scabs on my head my whole life because my dandruff is so bad. But uts worse now
