Bladder Problems

I have to pee minutes after I drink anything even if it’s just a sip, I just almost instantly have to pee. And when I pee there’s like a sticky clear discharge with it (I know weird that I watch myself pee but I was just being sure there was no blood like when I had my kidney infection.)

I’ve taken a UTI test and it was negative (I plan to take another one in the morning just in case). I had a kidney infection and it had similar symptoms except there was pain in my back and when I peed which there is none now and I took all my medication for that.

I don’t know what else it could be besides an UTI which I’m almost pretty positive it isn’t.
