Hheelllllpppppp

I was previously spotting on and half for about 2 and a half days about 2 weeks ago. Then nothing no symptoms then now I have super sore breast I have been a bit moody and mildly cramping bloated. I also have PCOS so it’s difficult to conceive but me and the husband do not use protection. We have a 2 year old son and would love another blessing.

Could I be pregnant?

Side note- the spotting was weird and random I have irregular periods but I never spot.
