Need opinions!

I was diagnosed with PCOS 13 years ago. Hubby and I have been TTC for 3 years. I've been on clomid for 6 months with no luck. We've had test after test and everything appears normal to the doctor.  This week I started what I initially thought was my period, a week early. Now I'm questioning  whether it's implantation bleeding or not. It is not a normal period but seems a bit more than what I've read on implantation bleeding. I'm on the third day. I haven't had any of my 'normal' period symptoms like cramping, moodiness, or eating everything in sight. If it's my period, I need to begin my next round of clomid but I cannot take the medicine if I'm pregnant! Help!!
