Clearblue Advanced...How many “High” days???

Hello. I am using the Clearblue Advanced opk. I am currently on day 5 of my flashing smile face (high fertility). How many days of high is normal before reaching peak (solid smile face)? I’ve been reading aboout it and it says that the holder will show high fertility until peak is detected or if 3 days of no testing occurs. If that’s the case, how will you know if you don’t ovulate without stopping the test???
