Glucose test
Does anyone know the rules (I guess you wanna call it that) on the glucose test I am getting one done on the 14th and I know I have to eat nothing but protein but I don’t know the time limit and if I could drink a protein shake instead of eating eggs (because I don’t like the texture) like ugh.
