Hey y’all, I had a huge drop during projected ovulation. Is that maybe a throw out temp?

You have a lot of temps that are extreme changes. Make sure you’re temping at exactly the same time each day (set An alarm) and temp after solid sleep without moving.

I have PCOS and so my temps are all over the place because my body trys to ovulate several time during my cycle but is only successful once. There is a thing called a ovulation dip where temp drops right before ovulation, but not all women see it.

It looks like you have a pre-o dip. I have a dip before O during every cycle. It is normal for many women and you should record all temps, no matter circumstances. Make note of time differences, illness, etc for that day, though.
