Slanted eyes in baby - Down syndrome?

Hi all,
I hope I don’t upset anyone. A mom acquaintance made a comment about my babies eyes - which slant upwards. Apparently slanted eyes are a sign for Down syndrome. 
Does she look like she has it to you?
I don’t think she has other markers for Down, maybe her neck is a bit thick, but idk.

You baby doesn't have down syndrome. 
Downs syndrome is very obvious. The facial features are typically the same across the board. 
Doctors typically can tell during pregnancy or immediately after birth if a baby has downs. 
Don't let people freak you out over nothing. Your baby is perfect.

She doesn't look like it to me, and your Dr would have definitely told you something and would have given you info!

most doctors can figure out (if you didn't have testing done at 13 weeks) when the baby is born if they have DS or not.

That lady is a dick...your child is adorable and definitely does not have down syndrome.

I actually asked my doc if my baby could possibly have DS after she was born, her birth was so fast that she was puffy for a few days! He just said absolutely not, she’s just bloated haha. Now she’s over 10 months and has no conditions (that we know of!). Your baby doesn’t have any of the characteristics they’d look for, I truly don’t believe she has DS.

I wish people without a degree in pediatrics or medical genetics would stop making diagnoses on babies...
