Baby gaining too much weight?

So my son is now 22lbs 😳. He is only 28 inches tall though.

His last appointment at 4 months, he was 18lbs and 27 inches. I feel like maybe he gained to much for how much he grew? 4 lbs gain for 1 inch in height growth.

I don’t overfeed him and honestly when he’s done with his bottle he will stop. He actually throws it on the floor when he’s done 😂 and sometimes there is leftover milk. So he doesn’t willingly overeat.

I just am worried my doctor will say he’s too fat. And he hasn’t even started solids yet 🤦🏼‍♀️.
