Can you get pregnant after a miscarriage before you get your first period?

Unfortunately, my pregnancy ended in another miscarriage. I do know several that had successful pregnancies after miscarriage, one even with twins!

I lost my pregnancy at 5 weeks and then as soon as the bleeding stopped tried again and became pregnant in the next few weeks. I had a placental abruption at 20 weeks with him though. They said my uterine wall may not have had enough time to heal and there for the implantation wasn't as great as a stick as it would have been with a healthy healed uterine wall.

I miscarried July 17th and I kid you not when I say I got pregnant a week later. I just found out yesterday that I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I'm praying I go all the way this time.

I got pregnant in July and then miscarried August 4th. I ovulated 2 weeks later on the 18th and got pregnant again.
