Fit girl!
Hi everyone! I'm 18 years old, approximately 5'4, and I weigh 170 lbs 😔. I want to lose ATLEAST 30 pounds. I recently purchased the Fit Girl ebook and was wondering if any of you have used or done this? I would like to see results, just out of curiosity. I love food but clearly it's not doing me any good, lol. Also, can anyone give me tips about a safe/healthy/best way to lose weight! Thank you! Xo - Electra
