Confused help

So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex a week before my period say the Thursday. On the Friday morning we did it again he came in me both times. I got the morning after pill Friday lunch.

We then had sex unprotected 2 days before my period (came in me again.) I got the pill again the next day.

I then did get my period a couple of days late. Now 4 days after my period ended I’m spotting but it’s a dark brown colour instead of red.... anyone know what could be going on???

I will obviously get tested when I stop bleeding but just seeing if anyone has had something happen similar
