Never dealt with this and don’t know how to get rid of it.. suggestions please!?

I have done NeilMeds wound wash twice a day, that with sea salt soak, just a sea salt soak, tried leaving it alone and none of that’s helping! I’ve had it for 4 months today (5.6.19) and I know most cartilage piercings take 6-12 months to heal and I’m fine with that part but not fine with this blister bump thing and it’s so sore :( not infected either, just the painful bump I can’t seem to shake. The earring is made of surgical steel

Agree with the previous comment, however I had the sane thing on all 4 of my cartilage piercings, it’s called hypertrophic  scarring (NOT a keloid). There are several remedies online, however I had mine for like 6-8 months before they went away completely

Despite what anybody on here might say it is or what you could do... The BEST thing you could do for yourself if its such a huge concern would be going into where you got it pierced (or any professional piercer) and ask them what to do/tell them what you've been doing.

Mix crushed aspirin and water to toothpaste consistency then put it in it overnight. My piercer had me do that when my daith did that.

It don’t look like infection more like a irritation bubble. My industrial got the same thing and my piercer said to not sleep on that side for a while and do sea salt soaks on it two to three times a day. And it’s so much better now and healing right again. I don’t know about that kind of piercing but my piercer also changed out my bar for a shorter one so it don’t move around. They might be able to put a little shorter one and see if that helps you too but I don’t know. I would just try sea salt soaks and don’t move it around for a couple days and see if it goes down. If not go to your piercer and see what to do.

I just healed that from my 2 months old helix. Do a camomile infusion, soak a make up cotton in it, pour some cooking salt in the cotton and apply to the ear. Press a little to make good contact and stay like that some minutes. Do that three times a day. 
That’s what my piercer recommended, and it went away in the third application. 
Of course, keep se area clean, pull hair to the side to avoid contact and NEVER sleep in that side
