Is this severe baby acne??

My daughter is 4 weeks old and has gotten some baby acne. I wasnt super concered. However, my mother in law was very angry when she saw the babys face today. she claimed that it was out of control and a severe case, and of course all my fault for not washing her face after breastfeeding. whats your opinion? is this severe or a case of an annoying mother in law?

Even if it is a severe case, there’s no reason for her to be angry with you. It looks a little red. Maybe your daughter has scratched herself? It kind of looks like it. That’s not a big deal though. Babies do that sometimes.

I think it’s kinda bad but it’s not your fault. Just moisturize and keep her face clean.

Me personally I think is severe. My daughter never had it. But once  again is my personal opinion. 
Try non scented aveeno lotion three times a day to keep it moisturize. If that doesn’t work then you should probably talk to the Pediatrician about it.

Try putting diaper rash cream it could be from the heat of breastfeeding and it can cause a heat rash my kids would get them. The diaper rash cream will keep the moisture out

If anything breastmilk would help clear up the acne... not make it worse.
