When to announce ?

I feel so excited about our pregnancy ! We are almost 8 weeks and still haven’t said anything because of a previous miscarriage. When did you announce ?

I’ve had 3 losses and am now at 10w2d. I told my mom, siblings, and best friends right away, because I knew I would want their support if I have another miscarriage. After my 8 week ultrasound, I told my grandparents. We’re going to broadly announce once I’m past the 12 week mark and have the NIPT results and gender.

Honestly I'm going to announce around 8 weeks or my first Drs appointment and my family during the same week I find out. It's okay if you want people to know early because it is a celebration. God forbid you lose another baby, it was still a celebration of the baby's life. That's how I see it. And I'm trying not to think of losing another baby.. keeping positive thoughts that my next baby will be term and healthy!
I've had two babies that I never was able to announce due to early MC and one beautiful daughter that is 3 that I cherish every day!

I've had 2 losses. I told my family (mom sisters and grandma) my in laws and that's it. 
I'm going to tell the rest of the family like cousins and stuff at 13 weeks and then I'm waiting till about 16 or 17 weeks to tell Facebook and Instagram which is my fiends.

I’m waiting until my first doctors appointment (in 3 weeks) to tell our parents and siblings i think. 
Then i don’t really plan I’m telling anyone else or making a social media announcement. When people see me they’ll see I’m pregnant. 
Unfortunately with my first pregnancy ending in miscarriage at 10 weeks I’ve already gotten a few “hopefully it works out....” 
so I’m just avoiding those type of hurtful comments all together.

With my last pregnancy I told immediate family at 12 weeks after my last viability US. I told the rest of my family around 16-17 weeks. I didn't tell work until 20 weeks. I had 2 losses before my 1st successful pregnancy. I didnt tell anyone about my 1st loss but I told people about my 2nd pregnancy that ended in MMC. I'm TTC again and I will probably do the same as I did last time as I hated all the comments that were made after I announced.

I had one missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. The baby stopped growing at 6 weeks due to a hematoma :( now I am almost 8 and we just saw our baby today heart beat flickering away.

I had three losses before this pregnancy. The first three I didn’t tell anyone until after the losses. This one I told the mothers at 13 weeks after my genetic screen and NT ultrasound. I just told siblings and friends this week after my full anatomy scan at 21 weeks. I’d say whatever feels comfortable to you.
