About a year and a half with a miscarriage in between. But we weren’t actively trying until after the miscarriage where then it took 5 months and gave birth at 37 weeks

I had a leep about 14 years ago and have never gotten pregnant. I am currently going through ivf for “unexplained infertility”, however during one of the procedures I had (Saline Sonohystogram) by doctor said my cervix was extremely narrow, which was likely caused from the leep. I just had a hystoscopy and cervical dilation in order to widen it in preparation for my upcoming embryo transfer. I looked at the pictures they took before the procedure and it looked like my cervix was almost completely closed!

I’m about 13 months post leep and still trying, I don’t think this is stopping me getting pregnant though I believe it is something else but my doctor won’t investigate for another 4 months so still holding onto hope that it will happen when it’s meant to

9 years later I'm 14 weeks and 3 days. I have full confidence that my cervical shape or condition had nothing to do with why it took so long.
