What helps your nausea?

I feel like I can’t even function. What helps you? I need some tips ASAP.

Following my nausea is horrible and all my old tricks from previous pregnancies aren't helping.
Those were:
Saltine crackers
Ginger ale
Peppermint candy
No water stuck to Gatorade or power Ade
Eating something before moving (where the crackers came into play)

It sounds terrible but eat thru the nausea! Keeping something in your stomach seems to be best. I try to keep bland snacks like crackers and Cheerios with me. Fizzy water, water with lemon, and vitamin water (which has B6) have been good too!

I had terrible morning sickness and the only thing that helped was unisom and b6 before bed b6 every 6 hours when awake and I had to eat something like crackers before getting out of bed.

Get ginger peppermint tea with lemon it works for me! Else I won’t be able to sleep or do anything...

Vitamin B6 3 times per day, 25mg each time.

I’ve never experienced morning sickness before with my other two pregnancies (both girls) but this time I am struggling. I feel like I am nauseous all day. The only thing that helps me is to snack on something when I get nauseous. I’ve found it’s the only thing that helps even though half the time I don’t want to eat anything.
