Pregnant and cyst pain

Anyone have a dermoid cyst and pregnant? I’m 11 weeks and this morning I woke up with the worst dermoid cyst pain. We have plans to remove it after birth of our baby this fall. My husband and I did have sex last night and then woke up this morning throbbing pain where my cyst is, and sore to the touch. All I want to do is lay in the floor in a fetal position, but I stand st work all day at a hairstylist. And ideas for pain relief? I have my 12 weeks appointment Thursday and ultrasound so they’ll check on it then.
