Help abnormal bleeding

So I’m a virgin but I do play with myself. I hoping that this is the reason. When I’m on my period I only bleed medium for 3 days. I started bleeding Wednesday May 1st really light for two days. After that I started excessively bleeding and having big clots when I go to the bathroom on my pad. Also when I get up from using the bathroom more big clots are in the you know (Loo).

I’m really scared. I’m not cramping or anything like I normally do. It just feels weird feeling clots come out.

( if it helps I was trampled at Jmblya may 3rd I only got bruised ribs and a minor chest fracture but hey I got to meet Travis Scott)
