First pregnancy 21 weeks

Hi, I’m 21 weeks pregnant with my first child I’m just wondering if there is an amount of movement your meant to feel at this stage or not? I’m only asking as not to sure about how much movement there is mean to be at this stage 🙊 I’ve been feeling the baby on and off today
