The depo ladies??

I've been off the depo now for about 3 months . I've had 2 regular periods since . I've heard from alot of women that they have had a hard time trying to conceive after depo , Sometimes even up to a year after being off of it Even after their periods start to regulate . But they say a period technically doesn't mean that you've ovulated  (Reading online anyway) .. Since I've had regular periods and around the two week mark of my period , ive had what they call "egg whites" does that mean I've ovulated for sure ? Or could I have not . I just want to know if that means I'm back to being fertile ??
