I think I’m pregnant

There is no way I’m not pregnant! Still no period and today I feel sick. It’s to early so pregnancy test are not detecting it. Fingers are crossed that the next test I take will be positive. My fiancé wants a baby badly. I have a two year old son and he is amazing hoping for a girl.
