Should I time these or wait?

I was having really light cramping the last two days (all day, not just at night like the last two weeks) and I went in today and had my first membrane sweep. I’m 39+4, 3cm dilated, 70% effaced and baby’s head is really low and in the perfect position.

Since the sweep I’ve been having some light contractions. I would guess they are about 10-15 mins apart, probably lasting 30 ish seconds. Should I start timing these or wait for when they get more intense// closer together? I’m going out to dinner soon so maybe I’ll just see how that goes? 🤷🏼‍♀️
