Do I take plan B?

So yesterday I had sex with a condom on. As he was close to finishing, he took his penis out of my vagina, took off the condom and came all over my torso. Though I saw a little drop on my groin area as well but I don’t think anything fell on my vulva. I wiped it off and took a shower later. I have 12 days until my period and probably ovulated 2 days ago according to eve (eve generally predicts my period dates just fine) but I was on the last day of my fertile window with a 8% chance. Do I need to take plan B?
