Need help... .. . .. ... .

I'm out of the birth control pills it's a month now. And idk if this is normal. When ever I go and pee I see in the water white discharge, I'm always wet down there and my breast hurts lots? Is this normal by any chance... I just need advice and hope it's nothing bad... Thank you so much... :)
