I’m 4 wpp and exclusively pumping. I have an insane over active letdown and because of it my baby girl won’t latch well, fusses during feedings, sucks it all down in like 5 minutes and struggles with gas/upset tummy from it all day.

Anyways, for some reason, yesterday and today my baby girl will not sleep or be content unless I’m holding her. It makes it nearly impossible to pump! If I hold her while I’m pumping she knocks off the bottles and the flanges. I’ve only been able to pump 4 times today with a total of 70 minutes. I still got 30 oz today which is more than enough to feed her but I’m really worried about my supply dropping from these difficult days.
