Head or something else??

So I feel crazy for even posting this and it’s probably tmi but I’m worried and won’t have another dr appt for two weeks. Anyway, when I lay on my back right under my stomach (top of vagina) I feel like a round ball feeling thing right under my skin. It’s raised up in that one area. Is this my babies head? I had no idea he could be that low this soon if that is what it is. I’m 34 weeks
