It wouldn't take so long, but I hold my son upright for 15 minutes adter a feeling to prevent spit up and relieve some of his gas.

By the time he has nursed and been changed and burped and swaddled and then got back to sleep it’s 45 minutes to an hour.

Thanks for sharing! I just didn’t know what the average amount of time was and I feel like my night time feedings were taking way too long...to the point where he’d get overtired and have a hard time getting back to sleep. I think we’ve adjusted though and now it takes like 30-45 mins to get him fed, changed (if he needs it), and back to sleep.

I always change her diaper when she wakes, then we nurse for about 5-6 minutes, burp, then another 5-6 minutes burp. And burping will put her to sleep 😂 so it takes us no time honestly

Mine take long bc I feed, change him, hold him and then pump. He won't latch so i pump and bottle feed exclusively.

My lo likes to eat, play, eat, and then be awake until 9 am. It’s horrible lol. But the feedings are all broke down up into multiple feedings.
