S. O. S. Please

I had my navel pierced a year ago and just last week I noticed some mushy red flesh comingout of the bottom hole. I still have the ring in and have never taken it out since I got pierced. I’m really freaked out about this. I’ve been cleaning it with warm water and salt like I did in the beginning but it’s still there. It didn’t hurt in the beginning. Just gets dried up around the ring but now It hurts so I put Shea butter around it so it doesn’t dry up again. Is it normal?? I don’t know what to do 😭😭😭

I took out the ring and soaked it in hot saline solution I made with sea salt. How do I get rid of it ??

I took the ring off and it healed alright but the bottom hole sealed up. Have to pierce it again
