Help me

Me and my husband have been ttc for a year with ovulation tests and taking my temperature, as well as NTNP for 3 years beforehand. I’ve had 3 pregnancies all ending in miscarriage. I’ve not really had any testing done to see what the problem is, mainly because I have no idea where to begin. Do I start with my regular gynecologist? Then they refer me to a fertility clinic?

What’s usually their first course of action? Clomid? What did you pay for testing and clomid? Any help you can offer me is greatly appreciated!
