Dealing with the negative thoughts...

Hey ladies I was just wondering how you deal with the worry now that you are pregnant and waiting to hear the heartbeat? I find myself worrying about miscarriage and then worrying that I'm worrying too much and affecting the baby. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job though, I've been meditating to try and sleep better and taking deep breaths when I feel a wave of worry coming. My first ultrasound isn't until the 23rd now which seems so far away and I'm just hoping so hard that the baby is still there and the heart is beating strong 💗 I think it's been extra hard with my husband being away since I'm alone once I get home from work and the mind starts turning haha.
