Alcoholism in a family member
My LO has a high functioning alcoholic grandparent. This grandparent isn’t allowed to babysit or be alone with baby. My husband doesn’t want them to hold the baby if they’ve been drinking in front of us. Example: we went to a family dinner last night and they had two drinks and he didn’t want them to hold the baby.
Anyone have experience with alcoholism in the family and protecting your LO?
