Are back to back Braxton Hicks bad for baby? (3-4 minutes apart)

Question

I’ve had constant Braxton Hicks contractions all afternoon. I can talk through them and I’m not in pain. I’ve tried drinking water and resting. Took a warm shower and still having them. 
My doctor always tells me contractions for labor will have you unable to talk or walk and the definitely not the case. I’m just worried baby is getting too much pressure from these contractions non stop. 
I called the OB and they don’t have any apts but told me I can go to L&D if I feel I need to. Idk if it’s worth it for Braxton Hicks

I have had BH pretty much all day everyday back to back since around 22 weeks (34 now). It’s not hurting her at all just uncomfortable for me. HG wreaks havoc on my body and that’s what causes mine. A lot of women get them from dehydration or too much physical activity. The further along you get the easier it is to do too much. Try drinking as much water as you can and then take a good nap. If you’re still concerned, they are getting worse, or not letting up, then maybe go get checked but if its BH there isn’t a whole lot they can do.

It depends on your doctor, my doctor says to come in for contractions that are consistent or last all day, even if they’re mild. Your doctor might feel different. You can always call and talk to the nurse at your doctors office, he/she would probably be able to tell you if it’s anything to worry about.
