How fast did you lose the baby weight?

I am 4 months after delivery and I only lost 20 lbs of the 35lbs that I gained.
I just want to lose the weight already especially before I go to Germany 🇩🇪 in August.

With the first two, 4 months and 6 months respectively.  Never for the next two.  Ah yes, the joys of an old tired body!
There is definitely time between now and August to get there.
I have done WW in the past with success.  I love pilates and have good results working out to old Mari Winsor Pilates videos on YouTube.  Right now, I am rocking the 15 day fit mommy challenge which someone recommended here (down 3lbs and 5.5 inches in two weeks) - the challenge is free - look for the pdf online.

It took my sister 8 months. But she had twins and gained more then you! But I think you can do it before August!!! Good luck!!’ Girl you got this

Congrats on your little one! It’s not easy for most of us to lose the weight/get in shape again. Are you currently doing anything to get in shape - any exercises or nutrition plans?
For me I gained 35-40 lbs with my first pregnancy and lost the weight in about 4-5 months...HOWEVER it took closer to 8 months for me to feel like I had my body and strength back (actually better), and for clothing to fit normal again. 
I was pretty consistent with following a home workout exercise routine to get results. I followed nutritional plans loosely but no crazy diets or supplements etc.

I’m almost 7 mo pp and only lost about 10lbs so far. I gained about 45 during pregnancy. I breastfeed and eat healthy and exercise twice a week 🤷🏽‍♀️
