Diarrhea and the pill

My husband and I had sex last night and afterwards I took my pill at the same time as usual: 10 pm.

Around 545 I woke up with really bad diarrhea (IBS got irritated due to anxiety) and have had about 8 bouts since.

Do you think my pill had time to absorb? Is there a high chance (I know theres always chance but a really plausible one) I could get pregnant since semen can live inside for up to 5 days? Should I be as anxious as I am?

How long is the safest amount of time to have sex assuming I feel better?

I'm totally bugging. We absolutely do not want a child and I'm very responsible with my BC but totally didn't expect this today or we wouldn't have had sex last night.
