Hate dealing with ex

Anyone here share a daughter/son with an ex husband ? I feel so distressed and annoyed anytime he calls or she has to leave to see him .. we had a bad relationship and his new wife assaulted me a few months back while she was drunk and it’s always cocky .. I can’t even communicate with him without her being involved ! It has been so abnoxious I just simply wish it would all stop and would never have to deal with them ever again !! My stomach cringes when I see him text or call agh! Any advice would be greatly appreciated
