Anyone have usda 502?!

Hello friends! I have a question for anyone who has a usda 502 loan!!! Do they do home check ins after closing??? Especially if you live in the state of ny.

We went fha however, no they do not do checks after purchase. This is just a type of loan. You have to meet restrictions for the usda loan such as home being in a rural area also this particular loan has income restrictions. You have to be low-medium income.
