I’m seeing things

Sooo I have pcos and getting preggo is almost non existent so this being positive is a long shot...pretty sure my eyes are playing tricks on me. We aren’t trying and this babe would be a MIRACLE as I had most my right ovary removed in feb...pretty sure my eyes are messed up haha
