Exercising in the 1st trimester - ok to keep doing what I have been?
So exactly 4 weeks ago I started (and kept to) exercising everyday, or at least 6 days a week for 30-45mins. It’s normally the elliptical on an increased resistance.
Today, I got my first ever faint positives (I’ve taken 4 tests, 2 different brands, today and had faints on all) I have a dr appt in a day or 2 to confirm it. I know I really need to ask my dr but since I won’t see him for a couple days, can anyone on here tell me if I am ok to keep doing what I have been? Or do I need to really tone it back for a bit? DH and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years and this would be our first.
