Mother’s Day?

first baby in belly. do i get to celebrate my first mother’s day this year?!?  did any first baby in belly during mother’s day do anything/plan to do anything special?

I told my husband I was expecting to celebrate Mother’s Day with him even if it’s just something small. Idc what anyone says, I’m sacrificing myself and my body for 9 months and if I want flowers then he can get me flowers lol.

We took our moms out for Mother’s Day the first year I was pregnant.... I was there but I’m not sure it was to “celebrate” me. We were celebrating them. Until my mom is no longer here, I will always make it about her. I appreciate when my husband does things to help my son (he’s 2.5) make Mother’s Day special for me..... but I’m not my husbands mom. 
Idk,  not sure that makes sense but it does to us.  We are being role models for my son, treating our moms extra on Mother’s Day with the hope he will do that same one day.

My friends and family didn’t do anything but  husband made mother’s day special for me when I was pregnant with our first, it was very sweet. I think first time pregnant mamas like to be acknowledged too, even if it’s just little 💗

My husband will be out of town and my birthday was this Monday so he ended up surprising me with birthday presents first then a Mother’s Day celebration at the end! It was so sweet and thoughtful! He didn’t want me to feel left out on my first Mother’s Day while I am carrying our babe. I felt so special!

I did with my daughter. I celebrated with my mom but my step dad got me a rose and the father got me a card and mascara.
