Moving lump in stomach

When I lay down I can feel a golf ball sized lump at the very top of my abdomen (in the middle, between my ribs) that moves around by itself. When I feel it there I can gently rest my hand over it and feel it move either sideways left or right, down (as in toward my back) or "down" as in toward my belly button. I'm pretty slim so I guess it could be my intestine doing it's thing but it's visible and pretty irregular so I'm not sure. It reminds me of how my son used to move and you could see his foot or hand or head making my stomach jut out.

Any ideas?!
