Cramps 7w5d

I have been having cramps off and on along with lower back ache for a couple days... sometimes I can't tell though if they are true cramps or if I have to go to the bathroom lol. I know that sounds weird.

Today I noticed when I was sitting at work that my abdomen felt very tight and swollen, but only when I was sitting.

Any other ladies experience this? Or, any natural remedies for gas and bloating if that's what this is?
