11 week spotting

Hi all, I went #2 this morning (which hasn’t been happening too often) and when I wiped I noticed pink blood similar to spotting before a period. I already had implantation bleeding a while back so this completely freaked me out (like seriously I’m 1 week away from my first trimester being over 🙄) I called my dr and they squeezed me in for an appointment and baby was good, measuring 11 weeks 1 day with hr of 173. I am still pretty terrified even after the ultrasound. Has this happened to anyone?
